professional counselor. He is a retired Michigan State Police
Captain with 25 years of leadership experience. He specializes in
psychological services for public safety professionals,
organizations, and individuals across Michigan, particularly those
working in high-stress environments.
His work includes pre-employment psychological evaluations,
critical incident stress management, mental health and wellness
consultations, and behavioral health education. He helps
agencies make informed hiring decisions while supporting the

Department Sergeant with over 22 years of service and a U.S.
Army veteran, bringing extensive leadership and public safety
experience to her clinical work.

planning. She supports individuals navigating high-stress
environments, including those in public safety and military
populations.

During her law enforcement career, she collaborated with the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the United States Secret Service Computer Crimes Unit, and was actively involved in community outreach initiatives. Beth is a Limited License Psychologist who focuses her clinical work on supporting first responders and their families. Her background in law enforcement provides her with a strong understanding of the unique psychological demands and family challenges associated with public safety professions. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).
